Refund Policy

Core policy: BidReady provides professional proposal drafting services. Because our work product is custom-prepared for each engagement, refunds are governed by the stage at which a refund is requested.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel your engagement before we have begun drafting your proposal (i.e., before intake is completed and work has commenced), you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us within 24 hours of payment to cancel.

After Work Has Commenced

Once intake is completed and drafting has begun, the engagement is considered active and the fee is earned. No refund is available after this point, as significant labor has been committed to your specific solicitation.

If you are dissatisfied with your delivered proposal, we will provide one full revision round at no additional charge.

Missed Deadline

If BidReady fails to deliver your completed proposal within the agreed turnaround time (standard: 7 business days from completed intake; bundle: 5 business days) for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a 50% partial refund or a credit toward your next engagement, at your election.

Delays caused by incomplete client intake, client unavailability for clarification, or factors outside our control (e.g., solicitation amendments requiring full restructure) do not qualify.

Monitoring Subscriptions

The $299/month Contract Monitoring subscription may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued. To cancel, email hello@bidready.pro before your next renewal date.

GSA Schedule Package

The GSA Schedule preparation package ($3,500) is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it involves substantial custom preparation. If BidReady fails to submit your completed application within the agreed timeline for reasons within our control, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Note: GSA Schedule approval decisions are made solely by the General Services Administration and are outside BidReady's control. Rejection by GSA does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Billing Errors

Duplicate charges or billing errors will be refunded in full promptly upon verification. Contact us at hello@bidready.pro.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@bidready.pro with your name, engagement details, and reason for your request. We respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
